Yes! We bring our own high-quality cleaning supplies, rags, vacuums, and mops. If you have a specific product you prefer us to use on specialized surfaces (like real wood floors or marble), just let us know and we will happily use it.
A Regular Clean focuses on surface maintenance: dusting, sanitizing counters/bathrooms, mopping, and vacuuming. A Deep Clean adds intensive attention: hand-washing baseboards, detail cleaning vents/light fixtures, scrub-cleaning tile grout, and wiping down cabinet exteriors.
No, you do not need to be home. Many clients provide a door code, leave a key in a lockbox, or open the door for us before heading to work. We are fully insured and trustworthy, ensuring your home is secure at all times.
We understand schedules change! We request a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may incur a small $50 cancellation fee to compensate our cleaners for their reserved time.
Home organization depends on the scope. We usually do a flat estimate based on the area (e.g. pantry, walk-in closet, full kitchen) or an hourly rate of $45/hour. In the price calculator, we provide an estimated flat range, but we will refine it together during the initial consultation.
